The Greys accidentally suffered material and human losses on American territory as early as 1941 [1]. They used this as a pretext to contact the military, incriminating their warlike activities in order to claim the remains of their fellow creatures. This stratagem was replicated with other nations of major geostrategic importance, over a very short period of time. They offered technological exchange agreements in exchange for housing large numbers of their own people. Claiming to come from a dying planet that they would sooner or later be forced to leave, they justified a colonization process that had already been planned.

Following these various bilateral contacts, the strict policy of non-interference by other visitors could not be maintained. Those who were in a position to do so also had to make contact to warn your governments of the danger of reaching a formal agreement. Despite these warnings, the Greys were able to sign an agreement with the USA as early as 1954, by virtue of the damage allegedly suffered. Russia, Brazil and China soon followed suit, on their own terms. The other contacted countries refused.

Those from Orion had long regarded Earth as a potential colony, waiting for the opportunity to take it over. Absent and unable to act at this crucial moment, Earth eluded them. They were unable to interact until 1964, when they succeeded in breaking the first agreement by presenting evidence of anteriority. This documentary evidence, initially unfocused, aroused the interest of Israel and the Vatican on specific historical points. The documents unquestionably linked Israel to those of Orion (Hebrews/Elohim). These ancient visitors could not be disdained, and the official support of the religious authorities enabled them to enter into competition with the rival dominion.

International negotiations were undertaken between 25 terrestrial nations and foreign emissaries from both camps. On May 31, 1966, despite opposition from the USAF, the USA broke off its 1954 agreement. Other countries followed suit. At the end of July 1966, a new tripartite international agreement was reached. This agreement partly explains the split between countries hostile to Israel after viewing the documentary evidence provided.

A precisecount of the number of Earthlings will have to be made to the nearest unit well before 2086. 2086: Ratio 1 E.T. and 2.6 Km2 for 2000 earthlings

Searches for earlier understanding

Although perhaps not the first crash, “Roswell” (actually south of Corona) took place on July 4, 1947. A 312-70 tweet tells us that “The event involved 2 planetary exploration shuttles (Grays) and 1 spacecraft (Orion) in a supposed chase.
